This listing is for a genuine Heine COMBI CASE that is used for binocular indirect ophthalmoscopes. The foam is pre-cut but you can modify the foam for other instruments. The case can be worn over the shoulder or as a backpack, with three adjustable straps included. There are no rips in the fabric and the zippers work great. On the underside of the case, I noticed there is only three of the small foot pegs; there is one missing. I have an image that shows the bottom of the case. Please see images for more detail.
