Haag Streit slit lamp. Was working decently about a year ago, but had adapter issues, had to try and tape some of the wires 2-3 times, it would just fizzle out multiple times a day. Hopefully someone could use this for parts? Shipping TBD based on destination, weight determined by UPS.
